J. Amado Araneta Foundation supported the creative day of children with disabilities from Mandaluyong last 11 February 2023 at Gateway Gallery. Symphony of Collaged Dreams is a celebration of National Down Syndrome Consciousness Month and National Arts Month.

The event was made possible with the support of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts, National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA), Philippine Association for Citizens with Developmental and Learning Disabilities (PACDLD), and Miss Possibilities Foundation.
